Sony tv remote

Well I never got to use it. It recognize my TV immediately, however that was as far as I got. It tells me to make sure both are on the same wifi and I know they are!!!!! I miss the Lg tv. I got a new Sony 3D tv and the 3D is ok but no sure if Im a Sony fan!!!
